Can anyone tell me if the neck on a 360/12c63 is thin like a 660
or thick like a chunky 360/6 neck?

From having played one used 360/12C63, I would say it's closer to the 360/6 neck. But you really should try one out yourself to make sure the neck is comfortable for you.
