The Searchers' Early Days CD

I would think that it would be great fun to have the Searchers do a remake of songs they did in the beginning. An "Early Days" CD of songs that were typical of their rock 'n' roll beginning. This would be my pick of such songs.

1. Farmer John
2. Saints and Searchers
3. Alright
4. Ain't That Just Like Me
5. Money
6. Twist and Shout
7. What'd I Say
8. Hi-Hell Sneakers
9. Mashed Potatoes

Twist and Shout is a regular number in the act at the moment, Farmer John has been played also from time to time.

Where's LP#9?!?! And actually, i'd prefer Let the four winds blow instead of Hi-heel sneakers...

Sheena: The point of this thread was to create a CD of early rockers. These would not be my favourite Searchers' songs, but rather a list representative of their rockers early on. It would be interesting to see how the Searchers would record these today.
