Interesting; Bernard Sumner playing "Love Will Tear Us Apart" on a Rick 12 string....and capoed up a whole step from the Joy Division recording.

There is no reason to ever be bored.
...why yes, I suppose I do have a double bound guitar fetish...
"Uh, I like the double bounds. . . ."

Boy, do I hate what they've done to that song. It is now a rousing crowd-pleaser. Massive audience sing-along, bouncing up and down, bopping away. Turned a very great song into a Katy Perry song.
I liked things better when New Order refused to play Joy Division songs. Whatever their reasons (too painful, this is New Order not Joy Division, Ian sang them...) they were right reasons. Are they going to play "Isolation" and lead the crowd in a sing-along to "Mother, I tried please beleive me...I'm ashamed of the person I am"?
