Anybody ever listen to Curved Air's Air Conditioning album? The 2nd to last song, Situations, has an awesome RIC bass: subdued, yet crystal clear...

One that I was listening to recently, (not obscure, I know) was Yes' "Drama" CD, it was the first Yes album and tour I saw (Cobo Hall, Detroit) and the song "Machine Messiah" (among others) has some incredible Squire bass in it. One of my fave Yes CD's. (I know, not for the Yes purist, but I love the songs on it.)
