That's hilarious! I was just coming to this forum to post about our gigs next week and I see you've beat me to starting a thread, Bob! Thanks!

I just wanted to say we'll be in Chicago a week from today, November 2, at Martyrs'. It's a really nice club with great sound (and good food!) and I know a bunch of bass players will be in attendance, so lots of kindred spirits there! :) We go on first at 9:30, so won't be such a late night.

Our last Clatter gig ever (as it stands now) is in Champaign the next night, Nov. 3. We'd love to see you guys at either show, or if you know someone who lives in the area that you think would enjoy a bass/drum rock set, please let them know!

Thanks so much for your kind words, everyone. We were so sad at the sudden passing of my dad, but also at not being able to see our wonderful friends at the shows. We're trying to get back on our feet now, and were just invited to play a show in St. Louis this Friday, so it helps to have something to focus on so we're not having to think about things too much. It's just the way of the world, but reading your thoughtful posts makes a hard time a little easier. Thank you!
