Looks pretty good in person too. But much less "reddish".

I suspect there was a bit of photoshopping involved as it is not as flawless as the pictures would indicate. There was some area where varnish was resprayed over the original finish. But you only notice it if your are an obsessive dumb *** like myself.

It plays oh so well and sound fantastic. I fixed the issue with the bridge pick up so it is operational again and I cleaned the jacks with Caig DeOxit. As good as new now...

It sound very "vintage" plugged in my Orange AD200B.

It does "deep and bounciful" very well compared to my previous 4001.
