I can't start watching that vid without watching the whole thing through. The construction process is really fascinating to me, especially John's commentary on what is new and what is hand-done.

This time my new takeaway is that the final finish buffing is the task that takes the most skill.

Really excellent video. No filler, it's all right on point.
