I just happen to stumble across this. Never saw one like it.

"This is what we've been doing with our huge pile of Alembic pickups. Alembic made replacement pickups for Ric, so this lucky guy gets to have his neck-thru Ric basically turned into an Alembic bass". $800

Looks like a JG 4001/3 with a mirror pickguard. Is there more that I am not seeing?

It looked to me like it had the checkered binding, or white binding. I thought that was unusual on a JG. I guess it only appears that way in the picture.

That could be Bob. It is very hard to tell from that pic.
