Rickenbacker Golden Tickets

Post by J_Blakey »

I just read the interview with John Hall at http://www.bunnybass.com/interviews/johnhall.shtml

and I began to wonder if maybe one day Mr Hall will put a few golden tickets under the pickguards of a few instruments. Then a few lucky recipients will get to visit the factory and see it's wondrous things like the fabled Azureglo river. One very lucky person (and entire family) could live there for the rest of their lives as long as they kept the Rickenbacker secrets (like the Everlasting Humbuckers) and took care of the OompahLoompahs.

Aaaaah to dream.

But of course you would be approached by Slugworth whose company makes copies of vintage Ricks and trys to get you to steal the company secrets as well as one of the (as yet) unavailable C series instruments.

Now that you mentioned a company tour and secrets being stolen JH's Rickenbacker police will be adding more cameras and locks to the doors. They being such a paranoid bunch.
