Hi,
I bought this set of string recently, as I'm an avid D'Addario user https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=d'add ... QXVNQsM%3A
I've seen a lot of talk on here about he strings to use, a lot of them about using genuine Ricky strings. Would I be better going that way or will the D'Addarios be a compliment to the 360/12?

What's the difference between the orange pack and the purple pack? The purple pack heavier guage on some strings?
Re: Strings for my 360/12
I actually have the strings that I've posted a picture of. I'd just like to know if they will suit my 360/12 when I out them on, or will I fid the unsuitable?

Re: Strings for my 360/12
The problem with the factory D'Addario 12-string set is the plain unison G string, which being a thicker plain string will not intonate properly on a 6-saddle bridge with the octave G string.
That said, Jason at guitarstringsonline.com (the sister web site to bassstringsonline.com) has a custom set that has a wound 3rd G string which will intonate with the octave G on a 6-saddle bridge, as do the RIC factory sets, the POTR sets, and the TI-flats set:
