Well that would have made for a far more productive search than usual. :wink:

However, I actually found it in....wait for it....a book! While I was visiting....wait for it...a book shop. Believe it or not, it's still possible to find one of those quaint old fashioned retail outlets here in soggy Oxfordshire (can probably thank all those pesky students wandering around the dreaming spires for keeping them afloat...that is when they're not doing more important things like getting ratted or gorging on kebabs). :lol:

Yep, I think he only had the one Rick. Had just enough to buy the guitar... couldn't afford wire cutters for those damn string ends. :lol:

Lol so I get it. .didnt they normally just slip in in the E string and the headstock.Yes like the pic of Lennon.

Yes, that was the alternate technique, but you risked scorching the headstock (as if you cared about that). Either way was a statement.

..filthy and dangerous habit, especially if you slip it into the G string by mistake
