Our Band's New EP

Post by spongebob »

Hope I'm not breaking any rules here!

Our band, The Howlin' Wolves, have just released our debut EP, 'Bring It....' It's available digitally to purchase through all the usual outlets (Amazon, iTunes. etc.)

I'm not on a sales-push, as you also stream it for free through Spotify, Google Music, etc. as well.

I've mentioned it here as it was recorded with my 2013 FG 4003. Bass was straight into the desk. Very happy with the results!

We've put a track up on Youtube (with the original artwork - it was modified for the release). It's got a simple bass intro, so here it is! -

EP was produced by Bernie Torme (ex-Gillan, Ozzy, etc.). Great guy to work with.

Please take a look! :D

I like it, thanks for sharing! Many of us have had that experience in one way, shape, or another! My pickup seems to always be running' on empty too!

Thanks for the kind comments guys!

I do seem to have finally nailed 'my' Ric tone with this bass both in the studio and live. I've had a few, but am very happy with this one - at nearly every gig, I get approached by someone admiring my sound.

May sound odd, but this particular bass is a very 'Ricky' Ric, if that makes any sense!

We'll be playing live on an internet station this coming Monday - with webcam as well!

Playing some tracks and an interview as well.

UK time, 7pm start - hopefully some good audio and shots of the Ric!
