There are certain elements that make me think that William Young was involved with this instrument . . .

Anyway, the guitar bearing serial number 0826474 was indeed a Model 650C sold by Pick of The Ricks to a customer residing in New Jersey. We'll add a note to his records so that there's no question that his number is correct going forward.

E.g. the choice of colour and the way the paintwork was done, right?!

I'm not familiar with William Young. From google, I see he is a luthier that restores vintage instruments.
If he's involved, is that a good thing or a bad thing? Should I reach out to see if he was?
