That's a beautiful Fireglo 4003! Congratulations, Jay Michael!! Looking forward to the gig pics.

Here it is back from the luthier's, set up with a new bone nut. You eagle-eyed forumites will notice that the spacing between the E and A is too tight, and this has since been remedied (I snapped the pics before I took the bass back to the luthier to have him cut a new saddle for the A). It's a fantastic instrument. I had forgotten how much fun they are to play and how comfortable the necks are.
