360/12c63 Tuner Issues?
I've just recently noticed what could be a problem with my 360/12c63. Two of the tuners (the octave on the low E and the octave on the A) are very tight when tuning up (flat to sharp), but extremely loose when tuning down (sharp to flat). The tuners for the octave G-string, and the B and E unison pairs are all very loose, regardless of what direction I turn them. Given that I haven't noticed any problems keeping the guitar in tune, is any of this something to be concerned about?

If it holds tune, I wouldn't worry about it!

Sadly that's the price we pay for vintage correct. They were ****** tuners in the beginning.

Clifton and Cole,
My guitar tech echoed exactly what each of you said. In fact, he told me he worked on a vintage one the other day and he found that the ORIGINAL Klusons had the same problems as the newer re-issues! So, as long as mine continues to stay in tune, I'll stop worrying!

Yup, I hate 'um. I change all of mine out to newer ones, exempt for the 56 combo.
