Introduction

Post by weissmuller »

Hi,

I'm new to the forum. I've owned two Rics before (360 and a bolt-on solidbody) in the 90-ies, but sold these for lack of 'bonding'. A couple of months ago I gave it another try with a Ruby Red 2012 model 330 and I think we are getting along :D
Playing in a three piece I found the hi-gain pickups squealing too soon when using loud distortion, so I'm waiting for my HB1 pickup to arrive and be swapped into the bridge postition. I guess that'll cure the squealing.

Anyway, the name's Leo (Weissmuller) and here's some stuff from my band. All recorded before I had the Ric. It's a P-90 loaded non-reverse Gibson Firebird on these recordings.

Cheers,
Leo

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
