RIC Sighting - The Sirens

Saw a cool AutumnGlo (or is that Walnut?) bass at Detroit's Winter Blast festival today. The band was The Sirens, an all female local band. Not too bad.

Amazed that they weren't wearing gloves in this freezing snow-covered wasteland we live in

Can't imagine attendance was too good with a new foot of snow in the AM. Good thing this was our weekend off!

No kidding!

Actually, the stages were setup in "comfort zones" - big, well heated tents.

The guys walking around outside giving away hot-chocolate from the kegs strapped to their backs was pretty neat, but I don't think I'll be at the second annual event.
