Which woods associated with RIC instruments are suffering a CITES impact?

None. Bubinga was for a time but that was lifted. We don't use Brazilian rosewood.

RIC_FACTORY should experiment with attempting to grow Santa Ana Rosewood.

I have 50 acres in Pennsylvania we could experiment with.
Of course, I'd have to cut down all the hard maple, black cherry, walnut and hickory first.

PA is way too cold for rosewood. You need to be in zone 10 at least.

Okay, sounds like a plan. I'm sure you have some use for all that cut down wood planned already, right?

And Southern Cal is too dry.

Just joking anyway.

This should be very comparable ( exactly the same) to the maple they use.

Don't you want to make all those butcher block countertops and island for your kitchen?
