Really like the middle one. Is that transgreen I'm seeing?

Yeah - very curious about that. That's a factory 4004Cii/5 I assume? Looks like a translucent black, but surely it must be green.

Looks awesome!

I really should get a 4004 of some flavor one of these days.

Looks green to me, the image is just a bit dark, overall.

Hmm, looks kinda blueish, too when enlightened some.

Yes!

Yes!

Mine has the known issue some off the 13 4004CII/5 basses can have unfortunately. B and G have lots less volume than the middle three strings. Still someone must have played the heck out of it as it is in need of a refret. ;-)

In following picture made by the previous owner you can see the color better:

Paul,
Perhaps you could create an addendum to Vol. 2 with the updated models and features and sell it as a downloadable PDF.

Yeah, that's possible. I'm not interested in "selling" it though - I'm not in it to make money and don't want to be bothered with the having to do "business" or pay/avoid taxes or anything like that. In any situation, I'd have to get in the mood to do it, and I'm not "there" at this point. Yet. 8)
