checking/changing email address

Hi there,
I have been looking through my account details and profile but I can't seem to find where the info is located about my email address.
Since over the years, and not having posted a long time, I think my email address is not op to date.
How can I check and change my email address in my forum account?

1. After logging in, go to your Profile (pull-down menu on upper right under your user ID):

2. Go to Edit Profile (menu item on left):

3. Go to Edit Account Settings (menu item on left):

Once there, you can edit your e-mail address.
