'73 With Checkerboard On The 'Bay

Post by rickfan60 »

It has a $2500 BIN but it was converted to fretless. The mod can probably be reversed. The rest of the bass looks good.

Very nice! A 'transition' bass without the MOP's ,can't tell if it's got the split bridge....

Nice ..... it was a conversion, although the buyer claims it came from the factory this way.

Only one other thing would make this even better ....... Image

I think Jim sees the world through Fireglo-coloured glasses.

Actually all of the suggestions, excluding the badass would be great ...

Chris, I don't think it's got a split bridge ...

Hehehehe ..... and Fireglo of course, although given it's overall condition leaving it as Mapleglo would still be nice ...

Hmm... She is great-looking.
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

Twoo thousand dollars, for that altered 73...?

My 72 BG only went for $2047. *thinks*
