Holy Jesus that was a fast response you guys! The COY 2007 HAS NOT been chosen, yet...

Eric, better hide those COY 2007 samples before those tours next month!

Ben, why not post pictures of the samples and get some customer feedback?

How about Bannanaglo as a tribute to the Rutles. ;-)

Ben, check out the "Mink" one that Paul W. is doing on my old '72. He'll bring it to the 75th. If you like the color and choose it for 2007 COY, we can talk royalties. ;^)

Go with the CheetoGlo or a nice fall color, PumpkinGlo!

LoL.

This way, Eric will not have to wipe off his hands every time he goes to handle a COY guitar!

The CheetoGlo coating process is proprietary, and I'm forbidden to discuss it.

Eric,

I really need to get a life...

I was at a family BBQ the other night. I was making a few burgers & dogs when someone brought up some buns to be toasted on the grill.

I broke out laughing because I knew someone was eating Cheeto's! I could tell because two of the hotdog buns had Cheeto crumbs on them!

When I was handing out the dogs, I asked who didn't clean off the Cheeto crumbs before handing in the rolls, and my 15 year old daughter came up to me with the tell tale evidence on her face!

See what stupid stuff sticks in a demented brain?

CheetoGlo, its the way to go!

I have it on good authority that Slick did play a special Rickenbacker for one song (Volunteers) at the aforementioned concert.

Should I tell?
How much is it worth?
Maybe I should sell my information on eBay . . .

Boy some people respond quickly.
At least give me until tomorrow morning (EST).

I should mention I so far know 2/3 of the information ... not all.

Mark you mustn't hold out (panting)

(hyperventilating) Where's that %^&@#$* paper bag?

If you know, ya gotta tell! ;-) You owe it to your Rickenbrethren and Rickensistren. Cripes.

All right, already. I can't stand to see people beg.
I should be sleeping right now. Instead I'm watching Dave Letterman and typing on the computer.

Drum roll please . . . . . .

Slick played a Rick (hey that rhymes) 650 with a special anniversary color.
[I just don't know what that color is ... yet.]
