Glen wasn't just a studio guy, he toured with them a bit, on bass.

Yep.,,seemed in good voice as well..James Brown who is The Man and also an inductee that night, seemed to struggle..know he's been ill..his female backup was hitting some of the high notes for him.

Cool John have to check that one out! ....Another good source is Lance Pecchia's station www.surfmusic.com Cool guy..has a four hour loop he plays all day..including three tunes the band that Paul W and I are in (plug). Phil Dirt had an ongoing net/radiocast for years..he's got a new one in the works... www.reverbcentral.com

Do you guys know of the Astronauts? I have this great two-fer cd of them.

Just finished (coincidentally) playing an Astronauts CD that George burned for me. No song titles, but this is some great, clean stuff of amazing recorded quality for its time. It'll be in hot rotation on my player!

I meant in relation to drunks in bars who can't hold their liquer or act civil. Otherwise, I'd agree with your accessment! :D ;)

UK termenology...I remember at the start of one of my fave gangster movies "The Long Good Friday" they flashed several phrases on the screen so we on this side of the pond would understand.."Grass" was another one which is an informent..or snitch...or as we might say..a rat!
