I don't recognize the amp right off but the trim strip and grille cloth look about right, red logo notwithstanding. We also had a cast logo plate that might have been responsible for those holes.

We made a number of special short run models for various distributors which had some variations from regular production. It might be one of those.

Like someone said: who'd fake an amp like this? It'd be like counterfeiting pennies.

I think the seller will be doing some well needed investigation before relisting. For now, he has stopped the auction.

When the Fender logo is placed horizontally as in the photo posted by Scott the screw holes look like they would line up with the holes on the amp, but usually the logo is placed at an angle with the F lower than the r which would then make the holes more parallel to the floor. Unless of course there was a Fender logo but mounted wrong.
