I generally don't like red instruments, but I must admit this one is an exception. Gorgeous !

Congrats !

Congratulations Jeff! She's a beauty. I remember the red S/5 being on your wish list. The red with the black trim option looks great. Enjoy!

Congrats Jeff !! Very nice, now you not only have one of the 4003S/5 Mid Blue quintuplets, but a 4003S/5 red twin of Bantas.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

This is the first Ric I've ever seen a decal in the cavity .... what's the deal? I don't know ... Maybe somebody here can fill us in ...

Scott: ... thanks for selling it to me ... it's a keeper ... it is in almost new condition ... the cleanest used ric I've ever seen ... most of mine are several years older ...

YES!!
Hey, Grant, ultra-nice catch! You keep that beauty, you hear? It is pretty rare.
I have a 21 fret 4001 myself, made in November 1970 (# number JK 340). It is fnished in Fireglo.
Welcome aboard, by the way.
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.

Thanks everyone! I haven't plugged it in yet, but it plays great.

Just how many 4001 21 fret models are out there anyway??
