Nick, is "Grinch" a nod to James Hetfield?

I understand "V."
What's a "C?"
"C" is for Cookie, that's good enough for me!

Oh no, the dreaded "What does the "C" in "C Series" stand for!! According to John Hall, the correct answer is a company secret, which no one has managed to guess correctly, and even if one were to guess the correct answer, Mr. Hall would not admit it. Next topic?

Serial number into the Rick decoder...

I believe 2001 is the last year they made the V series, I suppose if it's later than that, it's a C series.

If it's a six string, it's a V64.

"C" Series comes after "B" Series. I think it's that simple. JH is just stringing us along.

You can say that again. Just shoot me. These "C" threads are an endless source of frustration; no one seems to guess the correct answer, and those in the know are sworn to secrecy and aren't telling, so even if one of us DOES guess correctly, we won't know for sure, because those in the know will not fess up. Get me some Scotch, please  :D

There's an interesting thread over at the RIC forum where John Hall says that the name does have eleven letters.

The funny thing is that RIC already tells you what the "C" stands for (with eleven letters) in the blurb about the series ...

John Hall has already stated that culmination is not it.
