For f-holes to be available on a 360 would be really cool...

Let`s face it, there is no Bass model in the vintage series at the present time, therefore it only makes sense o see a new model announced this year falling into this category. Hopefully !

No, Stephane, the C64 and C64s are still "available" (for order, anyway).

Paul,
I agree, but these C Series Basses are part of the "C" series and are not part of the Vintage series, which in my understanding, are two different line of products.

I believe John Hall considers the C series to be a vintage series. The C basses are equipped the same as the V63, only with a reversed headstock. John has stated recently that there won't be another vintage series running concurrently with the 64C.

I know its all jungled up and makes very little sense, why have a 4003 model, then have a C and a v series called a 4001 when they all have the same rod system that makes a 4003 a 4003.
The difference between the 4001 and 4003 is supposed to be the rod system.

I am thinking if Ric do not want to add another Vintage Series Bass because it would compete with the "C" series, then why don`t they simply add a C68 to the C Series line !!! They have C series guitars and V series guitars right now I believe. Hopefully dreaming !!!
