Boy, I sneak off for a few hours to watch my new copy of "Live at Montreux" and miss all this good stuff!
Chris and Vincent, thanks again for joining and posting all of this information. It's great fun to follow all of this so closely. I transfer movie film to DVD for a living, so I'm interested to see how the final NTSC version turns out.
A note on the "Montreux" DVD, and correct me if I'm wrong, but we finally have a good video of YES performing Heart of the Sunrise - For some reason, what Jon says is "the most requested Yes song" has been missing from any concert performance on video that I can recall, and I think I've seen them all. That alone was worth the DVD price!

Chris, like everyone else here, I'm looking forward to seeing the improved FOOW footage...partially for the wardrobe, but mainly to see you playing with that amazing drummer...whatzis name again?
Any chance you might get him to play with you again sometime? You two made such a tight rhythm section, one would think you knew each other well...

Chris,
I shall be hammering on the door of HMV in Manchester first thing Monday morning.
Are you going to come along to see me wrestle with a 100mph Gates of Delirium on August 28th?
I think my wife has a kimono somewhere size 12..mmmm...cross dressing AND Prog Rock..isnt that Rick Wakeman territory?
On the subject of films the other day I was watching the TV programme Yes did of the Time And A Word album (the one with the nuns!).The 21 fret 4001 looked great on Astral Traveller and it would be cool to see that film as an official release one day.
A warm welcome to the forum Chris and if possible it would be of great interest to the guys here to see some close up pics of your "original" CS. There have been all sorts of versions of the story behind the re-finish,the broken neck and so-on and it would be good to hear the full story from you.
Once again its good to have you here but one thing...if you sell ANY basses the rule is they all have to be vetted by me before going on the "For Sale" section!

Same here, Chris! Yes, that was me who sent you an order for eight of the PAL sets now, and then eight more of the NTSC sets when they come
When you send the reply email, per your instructions, I will list the names of all the family and friends for whom I am buying these.
In the States, most of our newer DVD players play both PAL and NTSC. But PLEASE don't "Region lock" them to only regions 2 and 4 like BBC do. Please make them "Region Free" so we can play them here in Region 1 too!
Thanks, mate!
