When do we find out what the COY is?

2013?

The COY program appears to be over.

Prove me wrong.

We certainly haven't made that decision but there won't be one this year. It makes no sense to do something like this when there's no hope of delivering the product within the year. However, it seems like it would be a good idea if the delivery time is ultimately reduced.
