Purple is the single-most reprehensible color in the spectrum. The color of a bruise or a grape. And grapes are only good for making wine and jam...
I resubmit my votes for rusty orange, deep gray (with champagne plastic bits), or cobalt blue. Of course, RIC already knows what the hue will be.

Apparantly, so I saw on the tele the other day, you can also make face cream out of grapes!

No offense Scott, but white's been done before. Let's see something really different!

Ahh, what can I say, I like the classics.
I'd also like to throw the 1st generation burgandyglo in the ring too. (aka eggplantglo).
The only problem I'd have with the transparent finishes, is that on the 4003 models, the pickguard would cover up so much of the grain.

No new colours this year! I said it way before - a roll-out of the Trans colours to the rest of the RIC line
I can't wait to order a 2005 trans green 4003!
cheers

That 660 looks gorgeous in blueburst--I love that color, especially with the checkerboard binding! But the hot pink burst doesn't work for me. The Hudson purpleburst is gorgeous and unique.... I love the f-hole, too. Now, if I could have a guitar like that in blueburst, I would have everything I ever wanted. I seem to recall that that guitar has a checker-bound headstock as well.

The only thing I dont like about the blueburst shown in the picture is the "yellowy" center. I would personally like it better if the blue was a little deeper in the center.

Right.... but the photoshop editing at least gives us a rough idea of what it might look like!

I think the purple one is a more accurate representation of the coloring the AzureBurst might have. (I Hope!) Either one would be great. I know a lot of people here love Monty, but brown isn't really a "Hot" color for me.
