Wow, your bass kicks major buttocks! Seriously, that's awesome-looking.

I've got some pictures coming, but they're all artsy/weird because the guy who I got to take them is a hobbyist photographer and is obsessed with making his photos as pretentious and blatantly symbolic as possible, so he turned out all the lights in my dorm room, turned on the desk lamp, pointed it towards me, and then took pictures without the flash, so mostly what you see is me with the bass on a dark background with white light shining on my head . . . it looks cool, but at the same time, I was thinking, "Man, can't you just take a regular picture?" I'll have them up soon.

Anyone that makes thier way to the LA con next year, I'd be more 'n happy to take real nice hi-res digital pix of their guitars and make the guitar the undisputed subject matter.

Classic! Gimmie! Hehe.
What kind of bridge? And doesn't the cover get in the way?

Just a year newer than yours... and I'm liking your blackout treatment, Nate! The bridge is a Schaller roller... great for adjustment, a pain in the Netherlands when it comes to re-stringing (the string spacing rollers will move if you look at them funny!)

Owen nailed it about the cover, but I'm adjusting well. I just think it looks cooler with it on...

Thank you. I didn't think everyone would like the black plastic that much! I want a new bridge, but I'm waiting til the new RIC tailpiece sometime next year.

It looks ok.. I prefer it off, but that's just me.

I forgot to say this.. I love the hat! I'm not joking either. It looks great on you!

Nate - i dont blame you for wanting a new bridge. the one on my burg is fine (brand new) but the one on my white 91' was bent up at the back, i ordered and installed a new one whilst i still had the chance (they dont make black parts anymore)

my 73 jetglo i got rid of had the bent up bridge too....along with about 10 other issues that made it a piece of junk.

Mine is lifting.. and taking the finish with it.. Just a couple chips in the corners, but still. I used a sharpie to fix it. But I want one that won't lift.
