Thanks guys! I've ordered "Let's Knife" and "Birds & the B-Sides". We'll take it from there I think.

This has the potential to be the greatest thing in the world. I've always had a thing for Rickenbackers and I've always had a thing for Japanese girls!!!

As much as I detest "bands" such as the Carpenters, "Top Of The World" as interpreted by Shonen Knife breathed much-needed life into this song, and the true powerpop heart of the song sprang to life. Only Shonen Knife!

Hey,what do you guys think about the idea of starting a petition to ask Rickenbacker to make a Shonen Knife 360SK.Maybe that guitar could be based on a Jetglo 360v64 with a "Shonen Knife" TRC and a special SK tailpiece like the fanciful guitar the girls drew for the T-Shirt?Good idea or stupid? Naoko would love it but I don't know about Mr Hall.

If there's a Rick with an "SK" in the serial number, it should definitely be a Carrie Brownstein model!!!

By the way, if Sleater-Kinney comes to a venue in your neighborhood, go see them. No brainer. One of the best shows I've been to in years.

Neither group comes close to being the WORST. I mean there are some truly horrific noisemakers out there lately.

"Every Rose Has It's Thorn" is a great song by Poison! Never heard of Cinderella, though.
