I just looked up flights. Not bad. NY to Columbus round trip is $267, leaving friday and returning Sunday.

What do you guys think? Can I bring my reunion blues dble bass bag on the plane?

I'm booked. Coming in Friday night via Delta and leaving Sunday morning. I rented a car as well. Figured for $50 it was better than worrying about taxis.

Looking forward to meeting you guys!

I'll be bringing my sea green project and the Cheyenne II Blue Boy.

Well... we're the bass wing of the confluence...

I booked the hotel too. They didn't give me a group rate, although they said they could change it .

Wow! Incredibly serendipitous! What are the odds?
Is this an "open event"?

I'm performing with the Mansfield, OH Symphony on Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th, but I arrive in Columbus on Firday the 13th! What are the hours, and where is the event on Friday? I'm only 60 miles away then.

(I can't make Saturday because of a early load-in and a 2:30 PM orchestra rehearsal, then evening shows...darn!!)

Standing by...

Now officially with a Ric collection of 2 - a BlackStar and a '72 4001FG... does this qualify for admission? ;-)
