Since Andy's '85 and Ken's '91 have black cases, my '91 is apparently correct. I was wondering what was the first year that they reissued the silver 'vintage' case.

My '73 rests in a case with a red lined formed fit interior and Rickenbacker screened in silver on the front of the case. I've only seen the same case once before.
