Basically, the 360 is a slightly more "deluxe" version of the 330. Here are a few notes:
- Both models only come with TWO pickups, either Vintage or Humbucking (the 340 and the 370 are the three pickup versions of each model)
- The 330 has dot fret markers, the 360 has the triangular inlays
- The 330 does not have neck binding, the 360 does (some people find the lack of neck binding on the 330 a good thing, as far as added space on the fretboard)
- I believe the 330 is a bit more "accoustic" in it's design than the 360 and generally speaking, the 360 is more suited to "Rock", if you will. That's an over-simplification, but I think you get what I mean.
- If price is an issue, the 330 is a bit cheaper than the 360.
Overall, both are fine instruments and I chose my 360 over the 330 mainly for vain cosmetic reasons (I like the triangle inlays and not dot fret markers)
