The parts look O.K. the rest is firewood, maybe the F.B. could be salvaged. If this were a collectable piece I would tackle it, but unfortunately unless this was someones pride and joy handed down by a loved one, IMO to many broken pieces to put back together. It would be a nice donor for someone to tinker with. Another Humpty Dumpty gone by the way.

Bob, I have a 1980 330 with hi-gains & they are unlike any other Ric I have played. They do sound like a Ric, but have a VERY single coil sound, akin to a Telecaster with attitude!
The sound is big time inspiring to solo with.

'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.
Yes he does HOward.

Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Haha that picture is good!
So sad to see a Burgundy go...
I'd have to add that the Hi-Gain's from my '79 are more then usuable for lead work...
When I was reading reviews before buying it people said it wasn't very useful for playing lead, my god we're these guys ever wrong...
Clean your ears and crank that Vox!!!
