Jon Casselman was thinking of selling his 72 Burgandy, and I had managed to be the one who got the asking price right.
Bob was selling the 72 for a family project, and in the end, he was able to hold onto it. although I'd loved to have owned the 72 Burgandy, I'm much happier knowing it stayed with its rightful owner.

Guys, fill me in;
What is a “Glover Ric".

Roger Glover used an early 70's Jetglo 4001 on some of Deep Purple's early 70's albums - "Fireball", Machine Head" and "Who Do We Think We Are". So Ilan was referring to the fact that my '73 resembled Glover's. And as you can tell by my user name, I'm a big DP fan.

My treble pickup is weak, it's one of the old screw tops but my toaster is really ballsy.
