Hi Darren - saw your post above - I think the original knob rolled off stage during a Who gig in Sweden in the 60's - in the 1990's book "the Who in Sweden" the original knob's still proud owner is pictured... nice souvenir to take home from a 60's Who gig!!

This was definitely Pete's guitar. At this point Jimi owned the two Strats he used to record, and that was it.

I wasn't aware that Jimi had a lefty 360-12 JetGlo. Anyone have a photo of him with it, or can point me to a book with one?

Scott: On this very website, look under 'artists'. You'll see a picture of Hendrix with the 360/12 JG in the background.

The picture has a bluish tinge to it. The 360/12 could've been JG or BG. Definitely a lefty.

I'd never seen this shot. Right handed 'R' and upside down logo plate, so it is a lefty. I had always heard that his was right handed.

I'm not aware of any lefty BurgundyGlow 360-12s from that era other than the one I used to own. It looks like a JG to me. I've owned both of the lefty JetGlow 360-12s from that era that have surfaced in the last 20 years.

Guess I'd better find out the serial number of Jimi's guitar, and who bought my other 360-12JG... just in case. John, care to email me the serial number off of the lefty 360-12JG shipped to Manny's in 1968 or 1969???

I love the "S" eating grin on Entwhistle's face in that pic.
