Did Steve Howe ever use a Ric (on a recording)?

I received an email from Steve Howe in May last year. Here are parts of the email:

...My wonderful blonde 12 string was stolen and may be in France or Japan, hidden in some collection...

...On Fragile, And you and I, I played Chris's Guild 12 string acoustic. Awaken was the first Rick' 12 string part. The Yes Album only has acoustic 12 string, in the Portuguese 12 string
wrongly called a vahalia at the time....

The older Rickenbacker he mentions is a model 1993 (YES, I have found one more, it will show up in the 1993 Inventory on my site.
Just a few words about this "Portuguese 12-string".
It is actually a Laud. Here is the Laud and that is actually what Steve plays and here is a photo of a REAL Portuguese guitar

Stirling: When Howe played in Tomorrow, I believe his main guitar was a Gibson ES-175. Every photo I've seen from that time period (1967-1968) shows him with that guitar.

Steve's predecessor, Peter Banks, used a Ric during all tenure with Yes. He gets some great sounds from that beat up guitar.

I'm pretty sure there is 12 String on the Tomorrow record, and also on the Bodast record, if memory serves. I thought I saw a pic of a Ric in some live shot or another...

I don't hear any 12-string on the original Tomorrow album, but there definitely is on the version of "Why" included as a bonus track on the CD. Purely rhythm; the (stinging!) lead is played on a 6-string (presumably the ES-175).
