Yours has a different configuration to the ankh-shaped one (one!) that I saw, which causes me to question whether it was owner-made.

I have seen several of these with screw-on fuzzy panels, though.

When the pivot strap disappeared, so did the flocking.

No 'thing' in there, the hole has no threads and looks like it was from the tip of the bit used to make 'circle'. No strap pegs, no flock...



Fret markers on the back? What is that? I guess if you find your fretting had up there you know you're playing too high?

Well, John, you'll notice that all the buckle rash lies between those two markers.

They delineate the rash-permissable zone.
