I've heard that CW started playing an Epi Riveria 12 string around 1968, but his original Epi 12 neck was damaged and replaced with a Gibson neck. Don't know how true that is.
Anyway, I just got an Epi Riviera Elitest 12 string, a magnificent axe in all respects. The Elitest series is supposed to be true to the vintage models, so they say.
