Yes, Glenn. I'm the proud owner of a new (well, it was then) 660/12 FG (my second Rickenbacker), which I purchased in February. Hmmmm...... I'll see what I can do..........

"Zorba's Dance" was played on a Souvlakiglo Shaftesbury bozouki replica.

By Bill Wyman on holiday.

When I pick up my 370/12, I always play the intro and outro of "Hard Day's Night", as well as "Mr. Tamborine Man", as if instinctively. For me, I'd have to say those are the definitive Rickenbacker recordings.

But then again, there's also stuff like "In The City" by The Jam, which is a whole different side of the Rickenbacker sound. It's tough to choose.

FAWLB was the FIRST song I ever played on my 660-12. My first attempt ever on any Rick 12 was on a NS 360-12 back in mid '65--Mr. Tambourine Man--VERY slowly...

You play that on all twelve strings or just one?

"The Bells Of Rhymney" is the first song that comes to mind when I think of a Rickenbacker 12-string.

Lately, when I'm asked to think of a "Rickenbacker sound," pretty much anything by Kenny Howes fills the bill.

The TB version of Zorba featured a Fender XII electric solid body 12 s far as I know -- the one with the curved headstock also good for chopping hay or shooting hockey pucks. I slo vote for the Byrds' "It Won't Be Wrong," but was the Beatles "I Call Your Name" played on a Ric?

Bells of Rhymney. The nice thing about the early Byrds material is its simplicity and with such a sweet sound, all because of the Rick!
