Yes, the plexi cover is choice as far as I'm concerned! Interestingly, the font face is slightly different than that on my '72. I seriously doubt either is a fake...so much for Rickenbacker consistency?

Bob - yeah, the JG w/checkerboard+full-width inlays is very nice!

Ken - yes, it is, and I took your recommendation to BUY it!

Dave - yup, gotta good price on it by holding back and waiting for it....sometimes good things do come to those who wait!
