Copperglo! Makes my pots and pans look great, why not my bass?

I saw a copper finish recently on a EB Musicman bass, left me a little cold...didn't really like the sound of it either, so I left it there.

I think the transparent colors like on the 4004 series would look nice on a 4003.

What color was the first Rickenbacker bass?

The first 4000 was natural.

I like White on white;
But you don't know the power of the Dark Side,
I MUST obey...

Another vote for white on white. Make mine a 4003VP in that color.
A second choice would be Ruby.

Well, you know how like the 50th anniversary is the "gold anniversary" (I believe . . . there's probably silver too or something) . . . is there a name for the 75th anniversary? Like the diamond anniversary or the tofu anniversary?
Mmmmm, Tofuglo . . . nutritious!

sparkle white finish with the number 75 on the pickguard

75th anniversary should be pearl white with platinum hardware. But the 75th anniversary logo should be hidden like the bunney on playboy magazines.

Bobcat, the 75th anniversary is "alabaster".
...would be sort of interesting to see...for an art gallery show piece. I don't think I'd want a guitar with that kind of look. LOL

A lightshow 4005?
Pretty funky!

Well, considering alabaster is white, maybe the 75th anniversary thing *will* be white on white . . . I'm still hoping for that Tofuglo though! Hahaha!

RIC hasn't produced white in several years, so white would be special.
A finish that has never been done before and will never be done again would be even more special.

I think for the 75th anniversary they should put those NOS 4002's together (with no pickguard)...
Sorry.. couldn't resists!
For a solid color... how about grapeglo?
