Thanks so much Dave for getting my mom's pic on this sight, and thanks to all the members for the kind words about my Mom. She really loves that guitar.

We should start a "Post a picture of your Mom playing a Ric" thread.

That is the coolest thing I've seen all day!
Congrats on the Rics!
My mother may trek to NYC with me in early '06 to see Les Paul.
Hats off to great mothers.
The blueburst finish looks stunning.

Nate: I don't have an NZ one but I think I know who to contact in order to get one. Give me two or three days, huh? Better still, send me an email at my profile address so's I don't freakin' well forget! (He says as senility begins to set in.....)

Paul, very nice guitar and I love the picture of your Mom and the BLUE pick.
I always like to hear stories about "the truck." Yes! There is nothing like expecting the truck to deliver your guitar and then everything else that happens during the "afterglo" (COY maybe?) of GAS. I had a '67 Tennessean delivered last week and expecting a 6122SP on Thursday (I am in the proverbial guitar reload stage, GAS). Of course I have my CW 12-string, that stays!
What kind of music does your Mom like to play?
Does or did she play professionally?
