So Jared, are you just pulling our collective leg or do you not really play your basses?

The Tacoma is GORGEOUS and sounds great. I played one in a store, and I was REALLY impressed. It destroyed the Fender and Ibanez acoustics that were there, and it was more comfortable to play than the Stingray that they had on the wall.

There used to be a guy named Jaymi that used to post here. He got me thinking that I don't play my basses.
I just picked up the Mike Kelly and tried "Hotel Kalifornia", then the 75 MIJ reissue F_nder jzz for "Highway Star/Maybe I'm a Leo".
Somehow the notes came a little faster that the fingers... Must have been the Marshall JTM45 I was using.
Damn I need to start playin again!

I love my Martin B-1. I custom ordered mine - I wanted the bridge pickup but not the control panel cut into the side of the instrument.

Hey, you never know, maybe when the RIC Acoustic guitar department gets humming along well, they could design an acoustic bass. It would probably be a much better bass than the 4005 (I mean that in a modernized sense). Though if it did happen, it wouldn't be for several years since I'm sure there are boat loads people waiting on the 700 series models that are listed on the RIC website...and I hope it would have the R tailpiece.
