RIC content: In the Pennebaker film, Dylan said he does not care for the "jangly" folk-rock sound...and that can only mean he didn't like RIC 12-stringers..

Good point Jo, that statement sticks out in my mind too. I would have thought Dylan liked The Byrds versions of his songs? He is pictured playing with them on the back of the their first album. Maybe he's changed his mind over the years. Like most people here, I love that jangly folk rock sound.
