Out of all the years I spent playing bass, I haven't got a single photo, but Sheena's is more appropriate to me now. Shame there's two really, as we have to look at both to keep up!
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

Pete: That's not a parking lot, it's the prettiest spot in Texas (ha ha). Actually life's not too bad on the tarmac with the right guitars and the right refreshments...

Guys, i didn't mean to start the confusion, believe me, and it was actually my idea to drop the link to Eric's map here (sort of promotion), which Kevin has supported... perhaps it wasn't a very good idea... Now i regret creating mine... but... oh well... nevermind... perhaps today wasn't a very good day for me...

Sheena, not a bad idea.

A bass section and a general section.. why not.

Did any one stop and think that this could be used against you. There are a lot of shaddy people out there and this, to me, doesn't seem like a good idea. It's like a road map to RIC gold.

Long time lurker. First time posting.
No, I don't play the sax.

Yeah Richard,

I thought of that too, albeit after the fact. Also many of us have our location in our profile. You have made a very good point IMO. Welcome to the forum BTW.

Your're right. I forgot about that.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm glad to be here.

Welcome Richard,

On Google searches this site comes up pretty high on the search list. I would be more concerned about the information that is on this site.

Welcome Richard! Nice to have another RIC presence. What instruments do you own/play?

I had already thought that too. I haven't put the pointer exactly where I live (just to the nearest town), as when I zoomed right in and went to "satellite view", my house is actually there!
