Oh, but I still like seeing girls in bikinis etc. I mean, I'm old - but I'm not completely blind (or dead) yet.
An excuse to buy FHM Magazine

Sheena, don't feel bad. For what it's worth, I had no idea what FHM was either. Then again, I don't buy/read/look at/look for ANY kinds of magazines at all these days. Not even music or guitar mags. That kind of stuff became unimportant to me circa 1983 or so.

Steve, I couldn't imagine a life without lots of varied reading material...I'm a compulsive reader. My kids are all the same way. We sit reading cereal boxes at breakfast, when the newspaper is late...
Exciting, huh?

Well said, Andrew...I do appreciate the "cutting" edge of the UK magazines. The USA is just running too scared of the radical right. We think of ourselves as free, but "Who Are The Mind Police?" (written in 1964!) is still our national anthem...

If anyone in the US (or elsewhere) wants a specific UK magazine sending over to them just let me know.

Peter...If there is a different edition of FHM in the UK for April, I'd love to get it if they have the article on my kids show Wondershowzen.
He's a big Harry Potter fan, dying to go to England and I think he's get a big kick knowing his pic made it before him.

I'll look for it and let you know. Why not bring him over to get it personally? You would be more than welcome here.

The content of the US FHM and the UK FHM is nearly 100% different, IME.
Peter, most of these are distributed in the USA and can be purchased at specialist bookshops as well as at Barnes and Noble and Borders. We also have Smith's here.

Wints, I think the best thing about this place is that we make room for all the different worlds while trying to avoid collisions...
