John... please say you have pics... I'm a bassist who hacks on guitar but you've described my dream 6-string!
What do you mean the Bass is too loud???

John: You are quite right, I was thinking of 1999. I should have said that in the fall of 1999 Burgundy was an option on the 425v63 and 450v63 special edition models.

Burgundy was introduced again in 2002 as an option of all standard models. Thanks for the correction.
